We’re looking for a dynamic Recruiter/Administrative Assistant to support our growing team and ensure we continue to deliver compassionate care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and onboard caregivers
Coordinate interviews, background checks, and orientation sessions
Lead engaging training sessions that equip caregivers with the skills and confidence they need to succeed
Develop monthly newsletters that are informative and knowledgeable to customers and caregivers
Manage social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates
Participate in campus recruitment events to attract top talent from universities
Maintain accurate employee records and compliance documentation
Provide administrative support to the office team and management
Assist with scheduling, client communications, and office organization
Qualifications:
Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support (healthcare or home care preferred)
Healthcare knowledge required. Will assist with caregiver training during orientation
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with scheduling software
Ability to multitask and work independently in a team-oriented environment
