Job Description:
VVater are looking for a driven and resourceful Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for technical, professional, and hourly roles across VVater. You will partner closely with hiring managers, craft targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver a world-class candidate experience that supports our rapid growth in water-technology and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process—from intake meeting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, to onboarding hand-off—for positions ranging from engineers and operators to corporate staff.
- Build diverse talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, targeted outreach, employee referrals, campus programs, and industry events.
- Draft compelling job ads, maintain ATS requisitions, and ensure postings comply with federal, state (e.g., Texas Labor Code), and EEO guidelines.
- Conduct structured phone screens and evaluate candidates against role requirements, technical competencies, and VVater's core values.
- Advise hiring managers on interview best practices, labor-market data, compensation benchmarks, and selection decisions; facilitate debriefs and calibrations to ensure fair, objective hiring.
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate NPS, diversity ratios) and prepare weekly dashboards for HR and executive leadership.
- Coordinate interview logistics—onsite, virtual, or plant tours—providing a seamless, professional candidate experience.
- Represent VVater at career fairs, trade conferences, and university events to strengthen our employer brand in the water-treatment and cleantech sectors.
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding, workforce planning, and talent-pipeline initiatives; maintain accurate records in the ATS and HRIS for audit readiness.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes through technology, automation, and feedback loops to support scalable hiring as the company expands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing, engineering, technology, or related industries.
- Proven sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and creative talent-attraction techniques.
- Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Rippling, Lever, Greenhouse, BreezyHR) and proficiency with Microsoft 365
- Strong interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities; able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws (EEO, OFCCP) and best practice hiring standards.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, engaging communication style and a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
