The role
As a Recruiter at Vale, you will own full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles, partnering with hiring managers to build exceptional teams that drive the company forward.
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of technical, hospitality, operational, and business roles
- Build and maintain robust pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and community engagement
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, calibrate on requirements, and develop search strategies
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer
- Use data to track pipeline health and identify opportunities to improve speed and quality
- Build Vale's employer brand presence on LinkedIn and other talent platforms
- Contribute to the development of hiring processes, scorecards, and interview frameworks
Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- Experience recruiting across both technical and non-technical roles
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of finding passive candidates
Compensation
$72,000 – $98,000 per year
