    The role

    As a Recruiter at Vale, you will own full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles, partnering with hiring managers to build exceptional teams that drive the company forward.

    • Own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of technical, hospitality, operational, and business roles
    • Build and maintain robust pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and community engagement
    • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, calibrate on requirements, and develop search strategies
    • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer
    • Use data to track pipeline health and identify opportunities to improve speed and quality
    • Build Vale's employer brand presence on LinkedIn and other talent platforms
    • Contribute to the development of hiring processes, scorecards, and interview frameworks

    Qualifications

    • Legally authorized to work in the United States
    • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
    • Experience recruiting across both technical and non-technical roles
    • Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Strong sourcing skills with a track record of finding passive candidates

    Compensation

    $72,000 – $98,000 per year
