About the position:

Compensation: $19-22 an hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

Work closely with management to ensure staffing goals are met

Create, post and manage job listings cross platforms

Utilize platforms like Indeed, CareerPlug, FaceBook and others

Assess resumes based on relevant experience

Conduct phone screening interviews and keep detailed notes in a spreadsheet

Schedule interviews across multiple calendars and manage candidate communication

Build and maintain recruiting processes

Email offer letters and assist in the onboarding process

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week. Flexible schedule.

Qualities: organized, professional, task-oriented, confident in decision making, reliable, and self-driven with a strong work ethic.

Able to communicate clearly and effectively with candidates and management

Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
