Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Pittsfield, MA

Vital Tech Solutions is seeking a Recruiter for a healthcare facility in Massachusetts; the job of the Recruiter will be to plan, design and implement an effective talent acquisition process for management, exempt and non-exempt staff within the Healthcare system. The successful candidate will have demonstrated evidence of strong interpersonal skills. excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or related field
• 3 years in Human Resources Department with focus on extensive interviewing experience and with demonstrated decision making responsibilities preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws/regulations preferred
