Job Description

Our client is a leading healthcare system. This recruiter will partner with the internal recruiting team as they expand their hiring for physicians.

The recruiter will do full-cycle physician recruiting, with a focus on talent sourcing, candidate identification, managing candidates through the entire recruitment process and liaising with hiring managers/teams.

Qualifications

Ideally, this recruiter will have:

• 5+ experience recruiting for physicians and advanced physicians
• be based in Phoenix, Arizona
• Willing to go onsite at client 2-3x a week
• Experience using Doximity and LinkedIn to recruit for physicians as well as other tools
