Job Description

We have a client that needs a contract corporate recruiter with experience recruiting for roles in such areas as: finance, IT, and HR. The recruiter also needs to be experienced in recruiting for manufacturing roles. The corporate recruiter will manage the full-cycle of recruiting, with a focus on talent sourcing, candidate identification, networking and relationship building with potential candidates. This position also requires strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate and manufacturing recruiting experience
• Live in the United States
• Experience recruiting positions such as: finance, HR, and IT
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing roles
• A proven track record of success in building strong partnerships with a variety of stakeholders.
• A data-driven and problem-solving approach to recruiting and stakeholder management.
• A passion for building teams and delivering the best candidate experience.
