    CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat

    • Identifying customer needs and help customers find ideal plans and services

    • Resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through insurance plan options

    • Generate sales leads

    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

     

    JOB BRIEF

    We are looking for a Client Service Representative who will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

    To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.

    Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills

    • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude

    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
