It does require 2 full days a week in office with flexible hours.

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various aspects of the recruitment process, including posting job openings, conducting pre-screening interviews, and supporting onboarding procedures.

Responsibilities of a Recruiting Admin:

• Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to identify qualified candidates.
• Assist in the onboarding process, including coordinating paperwork and orientation sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

Qualifications of a Recruiting Admin:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in HR or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR support preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
