    A local Seattle start-up is currently seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to add to their growing team. This person will create best-in-class marketing plans and see them through to execution. You’ll deliver go-to-market strategies for a wide variety of products, and drive cross-team schedules to hold people accountable for deliverables.

    The Senior Product Marketing Manager will hold a high bar for measurement of marketing activities and will define success metrics, measurement methods and reporting processes for their efforts and the launches they run. We need an enthusiastic candidate who has extensive eCommerce experience, is analytical by nature and has the creativity to challenge our way of thinking.

    Responsibilities:

    • Own the development of value propositions, core content, marketing, and go-to-marketing strategies

    • Craft and develop compelling audience-specific messages

    • Test messages and experiences to optimize for customer engagement and conversion

    • Work with sourcing and merchandising teams to distill key benefits into core product marketing messages

    • Identify and execute on breakthrough product marketing activities that reach the target audience effectively

    • Develop content roadmap around product launches for website, blog, and social media sites

    • Manage external consultants and vendors to deliver on-time and on budget

    • Work effectively across the organization

    • Manage budget, forecasting, and reporting

    • Work closely with functional teams to achieve business goals

    • Analyze and make recommendations for improved execution and ROI

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of product marketing experience

    • Extensive eCommerce experience

    • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    • Bachelor’s degree

    • A strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and influence cross-functional teams

    • An innovative thinker who has a strong customer and quality focus

    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

    • Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes

    • A strong track record of problem-solving and solid analytical skill capability to find solutions for a variety of challenges
