Cabanas Law Firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing Talent Acquisition team. This position plays a critical role in helping the firm attract, coordinate, and onboard top talent across multiple departments and offices. The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with leadership, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience from application through onboarding. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews • Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process • Assist with posting and managing job openings on recruiting platforms • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting trackers • Support resume review and candidate screening efforts • Coordinate Zoom and in-person interviews • Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation • Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking systems • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process • Support recruiting events and hiring initiatives • Assist with administrative and operational recruiting tasks Qualifications: • Strong communication and organizational skills • Professional and positive attitude • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through • Comfortable learning new systems and technology • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom • Experience with ChatGPT or Claude AI is a plus • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required • Previous administrative, customer service, office, internship, or recruiting experience is a plus • No prior recruiting experience required — training provided Compensation & Benefits • Full-Time Position • Competitive compensation • Growth and advancement opportunities • Hands-on recruiting and HR experience • Supportive and fast-paced team environment • Opportunity to grow within Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly DOE
