Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to help source and screen qualified candidates for our clients. This role focuses on finding strong candidates through job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms, conducting initial screenings, and presenting qualified candidates to our recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards
Review resumes and identify qualified applicants
Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates
Present qualified resumes and candidate notes to recruiters
Maintain accurate candidate records in our system
Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process
Assist the recruiting team with other hiring activities as needed
Qualifications
Strong communication and phone skills
Comfortable working with job boards and online recruiting tools
Organized and able to manage multiple candidates at once
Basic computer skills (email, internet research, data entry)
Previous recruiting, HR, customer service, or office experience is a plus but not required
