We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring process by managing candidate outreach, initial screening, and interview scheduling. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth and professional experience for applicants while supporting the recruiting and hiring team.
The Recruiting Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for candidates during the early stages of the hiring process and helps move qualified applicants efficiently through next steps.
Responsibilities
Contact applicants by phone and email to conduct initial screening
Ask structured screening questions to assess availability, interest, and fit
Provide candidates with a brief overview of the company and role
Schedule interviews and coordinate appointment times
Send follow-up emails to candidates who did not answer calls
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and status
Track interview confirmations, reschedules, and no-shows
Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the process
Support recruiters and hiring managers with administrative recruiting tasks
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Comfortable using email, scheduling tools, and basic tracking systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, or call-based roles
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM tools
Interest in human resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition
Bilingual abilities
