Working closely with Human Resources and our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll support all aspects of craft labor recruitment.
As a first point of contact for our craft labor applicants, you’ll be instrumental in creating a strong first impression of InServ. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Specific Accountabilities:
- Coordinate and support all phases of the craft labor recruitment process to deliver a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to include attending career fairs and recruiting events.
- Write compelling job postings to attract both active and passive candidates via job boards integrated with the ATS
- Act as the primary point of contact for labor scheduling, ensuring alignment between candidate availability and project demands.
- Guide candidates through the interview process both onsite and virtually.
- Source, screen and recommend qualified candidates for open labor requisitions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless interview and hiring process.
- Handle confidential files and other privileged information with discretion and professionalism.
- Represent InServ as an employer of choice to prospective candidates.
- Participate in meetings to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Leverage market knowledge and client needs to fill roles with top talent.
- Lead HR orientation weekly.
- Manage the Employee Referral Program, including tracking, follow-ups, and bonus coordination
- Use ATS to manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle and document all job activity
- Enter onboarding data into systems, schedule drug screens, and complete employee access letters for relevant clients.
Preferred Behaviors:
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) strongly preferred.
- Proven success in client engagement and relationship management.
- Comfortable using various platforms and dashboards to drive effective decisions
- Ability to work independently and on a multi-functional team
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work occasional overtime during peak craft recruiting times
