Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition efforts. This role will focus primarily on sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and facilitating a smooth interview process. The ideal candidate is experienced with sourcing tools like LinkedIn and ZipRecruiter and is comfortable interacting with both candidates and internal hiring leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through online platforms including LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and other resume databases.
- Review incoming applications and resumes to assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate interest, availability, and fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics across departments.
- Welcome and guide candidates during onsite visits, including providing facility tours.
- Support hiring leaders throughout the selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Help develop and post job advertisements to attract qualified talent.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing activity, pipeline status, and interview scheduling.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition support.
- Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ZipRecruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders across various departments.
- Experience with ATS platforms is a plus.
- Friendly, professional demeanor, especially when interacting with candidates and guests.
