    Recruiting Coordinator – Trojan Roofing

    Trojan Roofing , one of the leading roofing and storm restoration companies in the Midwest, is hiring a driven Recruiting Coordinator to join our internal hiring team. This position plays a key role in fueling our continued expansion by helping us bring in top-performing sales talent across all active and new markets.

    In this role, you'll be responsible for attracting qualified candidates, managing the recruiting funnel, and coordinating interviews between applicants and managers. You'll be at the center of our company's growth — helping build teams that generate millions in revenue every year.

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Salary $35,000 - $65,000 / Year (Based on experience)
    • Quarterly bonus opportunitie s (Up to 5k every quarter)

    Responsibilities for Recruiting Coordinator

    • Post, promote, and manage job listings across job boards and recruiting platforms
    • Proactively source applicants and engage with leads through phone, text, and email
    • Conduct phone screens and pre-qualify applicants based on energy, work ethic, and communication
    • Coordinate schedules for in-person and virtual interviews with hiring managers
    • Send offer letters and communicate onboarding instructions to new hires
    • Maintain and update candidate pipelines using our recruiting software and CRM
    • Track weekly recruiting KPIs and generate reports for leadership review
    • Collaborate with office and field leaders to align hiring with company goals

    Qualifications of Recruiting Coordinator ****

    • Experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR (1+ years preferred)
    • Comfortable managing multiple applicants and juggling tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Organized and proactive — doesn't need to be micromanaged
    • Great communicator and confident speaking with candidates by phone or video
    • Familiar with tools like Breezy, GoHighLevel, or other ATS/CRM systems (or quick learner)
