This is not a traditional sales position. You won’t be selling homes. Instead, you’ll become the driving force behind growing one of the top real estate organizations in the market by identifying talent, building meaningful relationships, and helping agents see the next level of their careers. Compensation: • Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000 • On-Target Earnings: $120,000+ • Paid Time Off • Leadership development opportunities • Coaching and training through Keller Williams • Growth-focused environment with advancement opportunities • Relocation support may be available Responsibilities: • Recruit and attract real estate agents through proactive outreach and relationship-building • Conduct interviews and guide agents through the onboarding and transition process • Present the Keller Williams value proposition with confidence and enthusiasm • Partner with leadership to drive recruiting and retention goals • Build strong relationships with agents at every stage of business growth • Support agent engagement, coaching initiatives, and long-term retention efforts • Stay informed on local market trends and competitor activity • Participate in growth events, leadership meetings, trainings, and market center initiatives • Help create a culture where agents feel supported, challenged, and inspired Qualifications: We’re seeking someone who already understands the real estate industry and is excited to help build something bigger. You may be a strong fit if you: • Have 2–3+ years of real estate experience (sales, recruiting, leadership, or coaching) • Naturally connect with people and influence through relationships • Are goal-driven and energized by growth metrics • Have experience recruiting, mentoring, coaching, or developing others • Understand business performance, growth targets, and accountability • Thrive in fast-moving environments • Want to play a leadership role in scaling a market center • Real estate experience is required for this role.
