    Job Description

    Our client, a Premier Residential Real Estate Firm, is seeking a temporary Part-Time Receptionist to work onsite at their Battery Park City, Manhattan location.

    In this client-facing role, you will take on a variety of reception duties to provide seamless daily support to the organization. Your adept organizational and multitasking skills, along with your stellar interpersonal communication skills will make you an asset to their team.

    SCHEDULE: Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday, 10am – 6pm

    DURATION: 3-6 months with potential to extend

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Answer and direct calls as needed
    • Greet and register guests
    • Maintain general reception area and conference rooms
    • Handle general office inquiries
    • Process and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
    • Manage internal communications
    • Take on additional projects as needed

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • At least 1 year of experience in a corporate setting
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • High attention to detail
