About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Recruiting Intern / Recruiter Trainee to join our team. This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you’ll help us attract, screen, and onboard top talent while developing your own professional recruiting skills.
You’ll Get To:
- Post and help manage job advertisements across various platforms
- Screen candidate applications and assist with interview scheduling
- Track key recruiting metrics and KPIs
- Support social media recruiting and outreach campaigns
- Assist with job fairs, community events, and on-campus recruiting
- Collaborate closely with the recruiting and management team to improve processes and results
Who We’re Looking For:
- College student or recent grad studying Business, Communications, Public Relations, or Human Resources (preferred)
- Outgoing, positive, and comfortable talking with people
- Tech-savvy and organized, with good attention to detail
- Coachable, reliable, and eager to learn
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Available afternoons, or with a split schedule (a few hours in the morning and afternoon)
