This is a high-impact, full-cycle recruiter responsible for attracting, engaging, and securing top talent. It’s not a traditional HR recruiting role where you're posting jobs, waiting for applications, and hoping the right person wanders into the funnel. You'll be responsible for building and managing talent pipelines for roles across our business.

The ideal candidate has experience in talent acquisition or recruiting and understands how to source, qualify, interview, and move candidates through a high-volume hiring process.

    What We Offer

    Competitive salary

Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits

A clear, documented path to a Director level role as the company expands

    Responsibilities:

Although this position is heavily focused on recruiting, you will also be responsible for employee relations, day-to-day HR support, and payroll coordination.

    Talent Acquisition

Partner with business leaders to support short and long-term business objectives regarding staffing, including an understanding of job duties and goals

Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination

Qualify candidates against detailed job descriptions through resume reviews, phone and in-person interviews

Maintain and improve candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Source candidates from a variety of sources, including job boards, employee referrals and online resources

Build talent pipelines and community partnerships to support workforce planning initiatives

Make recommendations to hiring managers for qualified candidates

Coordinate, schedule, and participate in interviews

Assist with employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts

Promote Continental Cup in a positive manner as an employer of choice

    Workforce Planning and Development

Develop long-term talent plans aligned with business priorities, anticipating future capability needs

Adjust sourcing strategies based on data, performance metrics, and evolving business needs

Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires ensuring participation at orientation, safety training and benefits enrollment meetings

Ensure managers and leads are regularly connecting with new hires at scheduled intervals (30, 60, and 90-days of employment) to address training and development needs and effective onboarding

Promote employee engagement, morale, retention, and organizational culture

    Passive Talent Engagement

Identify, engage, and attract passive candidates using advanced search techniques and targeted outreach.

Maintain deep awareness of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging talent pools.

    Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, equivalent practical experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

4+ years’ experience in recruiting, workforce planning/development, and employee engagement and retention; preferably in a manufacturing environment

Proven ability to source, assess, and hire talent across a variety of roles

Expertise in managing full-cycle searches for niche, hard-to-fill positions

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortability making and receiving cold calls

Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Must be able to work independently with minimal oversite

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/applicant tracking systems

At Continental Cup, you’ll be part of a collaborative, innovative environment where your contributions have a lasting impact.
