    We are currently hiring for a Recruiting Manager. This position is direct hire, onsite, with full benefits. Salary: $80K to $100K depending on experience.

    Responsibilities: This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, utilizing various methods to identify potential candidates and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The Recruiting Manager will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. The Recruiting Manager will also manage the overseas recruiting team. • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet current and future hiring needs • Manage full-cycle recruitment for key roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. • Lead, coach, and manage an overseas recruiting team to ensure performance, quality, and engagement • Set clear expectations for offshore recruiting operations • Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and professional development initiatives • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide talent market insights • Conduct cold calling to engage potential candidates and promote job opportunities. • Perform thorough research to identify suitable candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, networking events and job events. • Develop relationship with local colleges to attend job fairs. • Develop and update job requirements. • Assist in succession planning by identifying high-potential employees within the organization for future leadership roles. • Foster positive employee relations by maintaining open communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Promote company.

    Experience: • Proven experience of recruiting, preferably within a staffing agency. • Excellent research skills with the ability to identify talent through various sourcing methods. • Ability to effectively communicate with candidates at all levels, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. • Experience in employee relations is a plus, contributing to a positive candidate experience.

    Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter. • Full cycle Recruiting • Proven success managing high-volume and/or specialized hiring initiatives • Strong knowledge of recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration skills • Strong communication skills. • Familiar with full cycle recruitment. • Experience with cold calling applicants for various positions. • Strong relationship building abilities. • Experience with job boards and recruiting sites.
