Right at Home is looking for a Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to help us attract, hire, and onboard exceptional caregivers who make a real difference in our community.
What You’ll Do
Interview caregiver candidates (virtual & in-person)
Make hiring decisions and present offers
Manage candidates from interview through onboarding
Keep candidates engaged and moving through the process
Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and orientation
Partner with scheduling teams to meet staffing needs
What Success Looks Like
Meeting monthly hiring goals
Strong candidate follow-through and onboarding completion
Caregivers who are ready and confident for their first shift
What We’re Looking For
Recruiting, staffing, or sales experience (healthcare a plus)
Strong communication and organization skills
Goal-oriented and competitive mindset
Ability to manage multiple candidates at once
Someone who doesn’t give up on good candidates

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of business or recruiting experience
Ability to work independently
