This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations while helping connect qualified candidates with rewarding construction career opportunities. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
• Interview and screen qualified candidates for construction and skilled trades opportunities
• Coordinate candidate onboarding and maintain accurate employee records
• Support daily office and operational functions
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and clients
• Assist with recruiting efforts including job postings, resume review, and candidate sourcing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring procedures
• Provide administrative support to management as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Professional phone and office etiquette
• Recruiting, staffing, customer service, or office experience preferred
• Construction industry knowledge is a plus, but not required
