JOB SUMMARY

The Business Finance Analyst will review, analyze and evaluate business systems by developing and maintaining KPIs utilizing internal BI tool(s) and the ERP system. Works closely with management and sales team on various ad hoc analyses to improve efficiency, profitability, and growth. Assist accounting with various month-end reconciliations, financial reports, & internal controls to ensure an accurate closing and financial statement reporting. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and manage the DOMO BI reporting tool 
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats 
• Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes 
• Develop and maintain KPIs 
• Develop and maintain accounting internal controls 
• Ensure data flow from ERP system to BI tool are accurate & updated 
• Assist accounting with monthly reconciliations of Bank statements 
  • State sales tax reporting 
  • Salesmen commissions 
  • Divisional Financial Statements 
  • Intra company billings and purchasing

   

• Royalty reports

REQUIREMENTS

• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH DOMO BI TOOL
• FULL CIRCLE ERP SYSTEM PREFERRED
• BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN APPROPRIATE FIELD OF STUDY OR EQUIVALENT WORK EXPERIENCE 
• STRONG & ADVANCE EXCEL AND WORKSHEET SKILLS 
• Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational 
• Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive 
• Ability to work independently and with others 
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills 
• Understanding of basic accounting & financial reporting
