Top ranked medical group based in Orange County is expanding and is in need of two sharp Senior Financial Analysts for their Orange County corporate headquarters. The Analyst will participate in the development and implementation of the organization’s strategic and financial planning while ensuring timely and accurate financial information and analysis.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Project an image of professionalism in communication, appearance and conduct.
• Maintain a working knowledge of departmental standard operating procedures including the use of specialized systems and computer software.
• Assist in the creation and reconciliation of the operating budget, including working to ensure the directives of the financial leadership team are understood and implemented by the organization’s direct operational managers.
• Support institutional and medical management with ad hoc financial analytics and support.
• Review with managers quarterly the productivity measures and department financials to ensure financial stewardship across the organization.
• Collaborate and develop action plans with leadership on variety of operational projects.
• Lead projects or tasks that arise and utilizes the team to the best of its ability
• Assist in the training of new staff 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree: Accounting or Finance preferred or other related Field
• 4+ years’ experience as a Financial Analyst
• Hospital, healthcare or large company experience desirable
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• VBA and basic SQL experience preferred
• Familiarity with EPSi (decision support tool) and/or Lawson preferred
