    Reputable, global public company in high growth mode in Los Angeles is looking for a strong Senior Accountant.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Preparation of US GAAP consolidated financial statements for monthly reporting and quarterly and annual SEC filings.
    • Preparation and review of quarterly and annual footnote and MD&A disclosures and other analyses, as needed
    • Assist in managing relationships and liaising with internal resources, offshore resources and auditors to meet monthly, quarterly and annual reporting deadlines
    • High level of interaction across the organization, including communications with tax, operations, investor relations, financial reporting and portfolio management
    • Assist with the implementation of a new ERP system
    • Assist in preparation and review of monthly and quarterly financial account reconciliations and fluctuation analysis (including expenses, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, receivables, etc.)
    • Manage corporate level budget vs. actual for reporting to internal constituents
    • Prepare information provided to the tax team for quarterly tax estimates and annual tax returns
    • Review and approve invoices and prepare various journal entries
    • Provide management company with data for quarterly SEC filings
    • Participate in firm initiatives and team specific projects for process improvements

    SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    • 4-6 years of relevant professional experience
    • Public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred)
    • Experience with public filings a plus (N2, 10Q, 10K, 8K)

    TECHNOLOGY SKILLS:

    • ERP system experience
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience a plus
    • Strong Excel skills (e.g. complex formulas, macros)
    • Power BI, Tableau or other business intelligence tools a plus

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth and dynamic environment
    • Ability to assist in managing multiple third-party relationships
    • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
    • Strong verbal and written skills; ability to analyze and summarize complex information
    • Ability to multi-task and manage various deadlines
    • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • CPA license a plus, but not required
