We are recruiting for a Vice President, Global Finance for a major film and TV studio located in Culver City.

This role will actas business partner to the Motion Picture and Television groups, setting budgets, supporting business decisions and providing strategic and tactical solutions. Ability to think big, facilitate collaboration and integrate processes and systems across the Finance division. The key role will have the opportunity to rotate and support various finance groups adding significant impact on the company’s operations. This is an opportunity to get exposed to various divisional finance operations, lead high exposure key projects, and have the experience to work side by side with various level company leaders.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enhance existing financial forecasting process with the incorporation of market data, enhanced analytics, and process change - Initially within home office location

- Implement and incorporate at each regional location

- Development of consistent “dashboard” to identify significant areas of sales opportunity or risk

• Primary liaison with newly created centralized accounting team to develop standardized monthly reporting supporting all regional offices including meaningful KPI’s

• Working with Sales Planning and Data analytics group to develop predictive models on client title selection within the Licensing Distribution business• Leading & working with regional Finance teams, develop a regional/territory cash flow model incorporating local inputs within the context of a global output

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

Knowledge of: Financial Systems, Strong PC and SQL, SAP, Excel, Access, etc.

Skills In: Analytics and strategic thinking, process standardization and redesign, stellar FP&A acumen

Ability: work across various business areas

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

10+ years of experience preferred

MA/MS preferred

CPA certified preferred not necessary

MBA preferred not necessary
