    We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Reporting, to join the Corporate division of a global entertainment company located in Culver City.

    This individual will assist with the monthly consolidation and reporting of Company financial results (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) and management reporting. Reporting encompasses both internal reporting to senior management including the CEO and CFO, as well as, external reporting use.

    Responsibilities:

    · Lead coordination and communication with the divisional finance groups to ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting of financial information

    · Lead the monthly consolidation of the Company, including the review and upload of monthly divisional submissions (supplemental financial information)

    · Review monthly topside adjustments/reclassification entries

    · Assist in responding to inquiries from the International Divisions on the financial results of Company

    · Prepare financial and supplemental schedules for the Management Book

    · Assist with streamlining and improving the consolidation process

    · Assist in the resolution of SAP BW (SAP Business Warehouse) and BPC (consolidation system) software problems/questions

    · Assist in the creation/enhancement of financial reports generated from SAP BW and BPC

    · Assist in the maintenance of Company's chart of accounts and profit center hierarchy

    · Assist in the preparation of quarterly financial statement disclosures and communication of the reporting requirements to divisions

    · Assist with quarterly governmental reporting

    · Provide support for the annual audit and quarterly reviews

    · Complete various ad-hoc special projects

     

    Education and Experience:

    · Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required

    · CPA preferred

    · 2+ years of public accounting experience preferred

    · Entertainment Industry experience is a plus

     

    Required Skills:

    · Understanding of the financial reporting process and experience with financial statement analysis

    · Flexible self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work well independently and in a team

    · Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a challenging, fast paced environment

    · Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

    · Excellent written and oral communication

    · Experience with SAP, BPC and/or general accounting/consolidation systems

    · Experience using advanced Excel functionality and working with large datasets
