    Recently announced global leader in mobile entertainment looking for a sharp Manager of Financial Reporting & Planning to join their Financial Planning and Analysis team. This role will need to have the proven ability to lead projects independently with excellent written and verbal skills. This person must be able to translate financial information to various business audiences to drive decision making and demonstrate ability to persuasively present complex business issues and solutions in a clear and concise manner. Furthermore, this person must be able to consistently demonstrate ability with senior executives to be a trusted and reliable source of information and support.

    Must have CPA, ideal candidate public firm experience with a focus on technical accounting and SEC/financial reporting, plus private industry Corporate Finance/FPA experience, Oracle (or similar large ERP), and Adaptive Insights (or similar Planning tool) exposure. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Prepare the monthly and quarterly reporting package for executive management including Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cashflows and provide in-depth financial analysis
      • Support Corporate Accounting with monthly and quarterly reporting of various financial results and operational metrics
      • Support the quarterly preparation of the Board of Directors deck, including key performance indicators (KPI), acquisitions update, key business trends, and CFO notes
      • Prepare reporting packages/presentations to Lenders and Investors.
      • Work closely with data science and central tech teams to continuously improve key financial metrics and analysis to support the unique and changing needs of the business
      • Track daily, weekly and monthly revenue & KPI trends
      • Undertake special projects and ad hoc analysis as requested by senior management
      • Takes the initiative to drive continuous process improvements to improve data quality and automate financial processes

    QUALIFICATIONS

      • Bachelor’s degree required; CPA and/or MBA preferred
      • 5-8 years of experience in financial statement audits, external reporting, FP&A, or other relevant Finance and Accounting related experience
      • Strong work ethic and willing to go the extra mile
      • Ability to work independently as significant individual contributor with minimal guidance
      • Exceptional knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools.
      • Oracle Essbase/Smartview and Adaptive Insights experience strongly preferred.
      • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
      • Able to deliver high quality, accurate work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
      • Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
