Leading consumer goods manufacturer in San Fernando Valley is seeking an AP Coordinator in their corporate office. This position will be focused on daily input of invoices and wires; check processing twice weekly, preparation of journal entries for the monthly close, assisting manufacturing plant AP personnel, documenting desktop procedures related to AP, preparation of various account analyses.
Job Requirements
· 3-5+ years of experience in accounts payable full cycle accounts, including 3-way match
· High School Diploma, Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
· Automated AP processing, a plus
· Proficient in data entry and high-volume activity
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, (Word, Outlook, and intermediate MS Excel skills)
· Experience with ERP computer systems, utilizing PO’s and 3-way match voucher processing
· Manufacturing experience preferred
