  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Leasing Coordinator for the San Diego office of a large S&P 500 real estate investment firm. This individual will be detail-oriented, proactive and have strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative and office support. This includes but is not limited to: reporting, scheduling meetings, setting up conference calls, coordinating tours, etc.
    • Prepare multiple weekly leasing project status and performance reports. 
    • Facilitate in the preparation and execution of LOI’s, Lease documents, and Commission Agreements. 
    • Calculate, process, and track all broker commissions. 
    • Assist with preparing for property tours (i.e. investor, analyst, prospective tenant tours) and investor pitches, as needed.
    • Organize necessary materials for meetings and projects.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Minimum of two years of administrative office experience, ideally supporting a corporate environment.
    • Verbal and written communications are critical and required with demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to interact both internally with other Company members, and externally with brokers, contractors, architects, consultants and other project team members.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products, including: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and Access.
    • Proven time management and organizational skills.
    • Results-oriented, proactive and highly responsive with great attention to detail.
    • Strong and efficient work ethic.
    • Highly collaborative, team player, and flexible with a willingness to learn.
