Growing automotive technology company in South Bay, Los Angeles is hiring an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join their high-caliber team.   As an FP&A Manager, you'll be working with some of the industry's brightest minds to ensure that the company delivers on its vision of creating a forward-thinking mobility ecosystem that integrates clean energy, AI, and the Internet.

Responsibilities:

• Develop long term financials based on physicals by working closely with related global teams
• Generate financial reports for review with management
• Develop finance policies & processes to ensure forecast accuracy and enforce financial controls
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business discipline required
• Strong business acumen
• Experience with ERP and forecasting systems
• Minimum 5 years of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting experience
• Proven expertise with financial modeling
• Exceptional Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA is preferred
• Experience with SAP is desired
• Automotive and/or Technology industry experience
• Mandarin language skills preferred
