We're looking for a reliable, upbeat Recruiting Scheduler to join our team at Prime Pest and Lawn. If you enjoy talking with people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great entry-level opportunity to break into recruiting and sales.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Make outbound calls to job applicants who have applied to our open positions
• Conduct brief phone screenings to identify qualified candidates
• Schedule interviews on behalf of our recruiting team
• Keep calendars updated and ensure daily interview slots are filled
• Work closely with recruiters to meet daily and weekly scheduling goals

What We're Looking For:

• Great communication skills and a friendly phone presence
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow a daily routine
• No prior experience required — we provide training!
• Reliable, coachable, and ready to work hard with a fun team

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay: $12–$14/hr (Based on experience)

Monthly Bonus: Up to $500 in additional commissions each month

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Must be able to commute to our Sandy, UT office daily

Location: In-person at our Sandy, UT office
