We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist to join our HR team
In this role, you will support the successful and needs-based hiring of open positions while collaborating closely and confidentially with all relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage the full-cycle recruiting process – from needs assessment and job posting creation to identifying cross-functional talent potential
Screen and evaluate incoming applications, conduct (video) interviews, and coordinate next steps in the hiring process
Act as a sparring partner for Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, while also serving as the primary point of contact for candidates
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, such as representing the company at job fairs and helping organize recruitment-related events
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and employer branding processes and actively support their operational implementation
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in in-house recruiting, ideally within an international or matrix organization
Prior experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment is preferred
Excellent communication skills and a strong service-oriented mindset
Outgoing personality, professional demeanor, enthusiasm, and a passion for creating a positive candidate experience
Openness to new ideas and innovative approaches in recruiting and employer branding
Strong interest in optimizing and evolving existing processes and structures
