What You'll Do
Apply our 10-Step Sales Process: Guide customers through our structured in-home selling process
Lead Generation & Outreach: Use telemarketing and door-to-door canvassing techniques refined via our sales system training.
Build Emotional Connections: Master the art of framing your pitch to appeal to the limbic decision center—engaging customers on an emotional level.
Handle Objections Skillfully: Use scripted responses and live objection handling from our training modules.
Close with Confidence: Deliver your post-close follow-up and paperwork with precision, ensuring positive long-term client relationships.
Continuously Improve: Participate in monthly live meetings, recorded sessions, and optional advanced modules like body language, management, and scope expansion.
What We’re Looking For
Proven Sales Performance: 1–3+ years in B2C or in-home sales, with consistently strong closing ratios.
Coachable with Grit: Eager to implement our sales system, practice relentlessly, and adapt based on feedback.
Excellent Communication: Ability to open warm conversations, listen actively, and deliver compelling presentations.
Resilient & Self-Motivated: Thrives in field environments, with tenacity to follow through on leads.
Tech-Friendly: Comfortable with mobile CRM tools.
Reliable Transportation: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for client visits.
