HR Delivered provides comprehensive human resources and talent solutions that help businesses operate efficiently and stay compliant. We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Senior Recruiter (Blended Desk) to support both talent acquisition and business growth efforts.
This role blends full-cycle recruiting with client partnership and light business development. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of corporate recruiting or 5+ years in staffing, along with experience managing client accounts, identifying new opportunities, and expanding existing relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients—delivering talent solutions while contributing to revenue growth through account expansion and new client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Delivery
Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Develop proactive recruiting strategies to ensure a consistent, high-quality talent pipeline.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing methods to attract top talent.
Build long-term relationships with candidates to support repeat placements and workforce planning needs.
Client Partnership & Sales Support
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building trust through consistent communication and results.
Partner with hiring managers and client leadership to understand workforce needs, business challenges, and growth goals.
Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts (additional roles, departments, or HR solutions).
Support new business development efforts through warm leads, referrals, and consultative conversations.
Provide market insights, hiring trends, and talent data to help clients make informed workforce decisions.
Process Improvement & Branding
Track recruiting and account metrics to optimize recruiting strategies and client outcomes.
Support employer branding and HR Delivered’s market presence through candidate and client engagement.
Continuously improve recruiting and account management processes using data and technology.
Qualifications & Skills
3+ of staffing sales and recruitment experience.
Prior staffing account management or blended-desk experience strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage client relationships while meeting recruiting and revenue-related goals.
Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment marketing tools.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills.
Organized, goal-driven, and comfortable balancing recruiting delivery with account growth.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage metrics to improve recruiting and client outcomes.
