Recruitment Consultant – What You Will Do

• Lead searches end-to-end with strategy and ownership
• Build intentional sourcing strategies — not spray-and-pray outreach
• Deliver consultative candidate recommendations
• Manage 6–8 active searches with urgency and precision
• Work toward a 100% fill ratio with full accountability

Recruitment Consultant – You Bring to the Team:

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes
• Strong organization, urgency, and reliability — you follow through consistently
• A growth mindset and desire to develop your consulting capabilities
• Hunger, drive, and personal accountability
• Experience in skilled trades, construction, accounting/finance, or professional services is a plus

Recruitment Consultant – Your Compensation & Benefits

• Hybrid schedule with 2 days per week in our Rocklin, CA office
• $75,000–$80,000 base salary (DOE) plus commission
• Additional sales incentive bonuses
• 401(k) with company match
