They are seeking a motivated Recruiter to play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional caregivers who support this mission.
The Recruiter will own the full-cycle recruitment process with a primary focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-quality caregiver talent. This Recruiter role is essential to maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates, strengthening community partnerships, and helping the organization remain an employer of choice within the home care industry.
Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and local recruiting market trends.
Develop and implement a proactive recruiting strategy focused on caregiver hiring.
Source and engage candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach.
Build relationships with healthcare schools, colleges, community organizations, and referral sources.
Represent the organization professionally and promote the company's employer brand.
Screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
Enhance interview processes and recruiting materials to improve hiring efficiency.
Maintain and grow the company's online recruiting presence and social media outreach.
Participate in job fairs and community recruiting events.
Support on-call scheduling duties during evenings and weekends as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with hiring policies and procedures.
High school diploma or associate degree required.
At least 1 year of recruiting experience preferred.
Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.
Ability to build relationships and maintain rapport with candidates and team members.
Highly organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Ability to legally work in the United States.
