They are seeking a motivated Recruiter to play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional caregivers who support this mission.

    Job Purpose

    The Recruiter will own the full-cycle recruitment process with a primary focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-quality caregiver talent. This Recruiter role is essential to maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates, strengthening community partnerships, and helping the organization remain an employer of choice within the home care industry.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and local recruiting market trends.

    • Develop and implement a proactive recruiting strategy focused on caregiver hiring.

    • Source and engage candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach.

    • Build relationships with healthcare schools, colleges, community organizations, and referral sources.

    • Represent the organization professionally and promote the company's employer brand.

    • Screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process.

    • Enhance interview processes and recruiting materials to improve hiring efficiency.

    • Maintain and grow the company's online recruiting presence and social media outreach.

    • Participate in job fairs and community recruiting events.

    • Support on-call scheduling duties during evenings and weekends as needed.

    • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with hiring policies and procedures.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or associate degree required.

    • At least 1 year of recruiting experience preferred.

    • Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.

    • Ability to build relationships and maintain rapport with candidates and team members.

    • Highly organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

    • Ability to legally work in the United States.

    Compensation
