    Job Description

    The Role

    We’re looking for an energetic Talent Coordinator to support our growing recruitment team at T5’s Atlanta HQ. This is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on with construction and data center talent acquisition — helping us find, schedule, and engage the best in the industry as we expand across the U.S. and beyond.

    You’ll be a key part of keeping our hiring process smooth, efficient, and candidate-focused in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support end-to-end recruitment coordination — from posting jobs to scheduling interviews
    • Source and engage candidates across multiple platforms
    • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to move candidates efficiently through the process
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the ATS
    • Help deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage

    What You Bring

    • 1–3 years of recruitment or coordination experience (construction or high-volume environments a big plus!)
    • Strong organizational and scheduling skills — thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic setting
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
    • Detail-oriented with great follow-through
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ATS platforms
