Please join Citi’s Investment Banking team in the New York City Office for an information session to learn more about the program and the industry. the BCMA S.T.E.P, aimed at recruiting underrepresented experienced professionals from backgrounds outside of institutional client advisory and capital markets. This program is a unique opportunity for individuals interested in making a transition into Financial Services, and specifically into our Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory (BCMA) unit. With an expected start date of February 2023, participants will go through an exciting and intensive 5-month training program to help develop the skills needed to be successful in a banking role. Following successful completion of the training, participants will have the opportunity to join our incoming Associate class in July 2023.

We hope this will be an interactive discussion that will help you evaluate finance as a career and assist your preparation for the recruiting season.
