CVS Health is dedicated to train and develop individuals through our Retail Management Internship Program and Store Manager in Training Program in order to produce future leaders for CVS Health, and prepare individuals for a rewarding career within a Fortune 4 company.
Our Retail Management Internship is designed for those looking to gain experience and obtain a career within retail management. Throughout the 9-week summer program, our interns gain hands-on experience in order to learn managerial, customer service, strategic thinking, and other skills it takes to be an effective leader.
Our Emerging Store Leader (Store Manager in Training) program is designed for Seniors and Recent Graduates that are wanting to manage a team and run a CVS Health location. This self-paced, structured program with on-the-job training opportunities is built to develop individuals into a full-time store manager. Our future store managers will learn a foundation of leadership skills and key competencies that will lead them to success.
During this session, we will have Recruiters available to answer any questions you have and you will also hear from former SMIT participants.
