Job Description

• Define and execute full-cycle recruitment process for multiple locations in 5 states (approximately 300 employees).
• Collaborate with team members and business leaders, developing creative sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines.
• Lead college career fairs; including, collateral logistics, booth setup and staffing.
• Identify target organizations, user groups, or professional associations to proactively source qualified candidates.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication.
• Creatively partner with marketing on employment branding initiatives.
• Assist in employee retention and development
• Track recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS degree and SHRM certified professional preferred.
• 5+ years recruiting experience desired.
• Demonstrated knowledge in using sourcing tools to proactively build candidate pipelines.
• Outstanding skills in communication, networking, ability to promote firm and negotiate opportunities.
• Advanced user with Microsoft Office products.
• Positive teamwork orientation; strong organizational skills; high attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
