Job Description

AHRC New York City is seeking a Healthcare Recruitment Specialist for their Recruitment Department.

_ Salary_ : $55,000 - $65,000 per year plus a comprehensive Benefit package. See Benefit information below.

** Schedule** : Monday -Friday 9am-5pm

_ ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES_

• Track applicants, maintain ATS and other data tracking reports.
• Monitor and maintain Vacancy reports in a timely manner.
• Assist with posting vacant positions in ATS.
• Review applicant resumes on ATS and other job boards and recommend viable candidates to be interviewed.
• Assist with initial interviews of viable candidates in both in-office and at on-site job fair settings and recommend candidates to hiring manager.
• Conduct other recruiting activities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least two years of experience in the Recruiting/Human resources field is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact and communicate with diverse populations and all levels of stakeholders within the agency.
• Ability to use a computer and perform tasks using MS Office applications required. Knowledge of applicant tracking systems a plus.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks according to assigned deadlines.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple tasks.
