We are seeking a motivated and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. This role involves making outbound calls (and handling inbound calls as needed) to connect with prospective candidates, clients, or customers. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, skilled at building rapport quickly, and able to follow a proven script while still sounding genuine and engaging. • Competitive hourly pay (plus potential bonuses based on performance) • Ongoing training and support to help you succeed • Growth opportunities within the organization Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to prospective candidates, clients, or leads on a daily basis • Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance • Present information clearly and answer basic questions about opportunities, services, or processes • Qualify leads by gathering accurate information and updating the CRM system • Schedule appointments, interviews, or follow-up calls for senior team members • Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversation targets • Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and next steps Qualifications: • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills • Confidence and professionalism on the phone • Strong time management and organizational skills • Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus) • Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive, solutions-focused attitude Compensation: $55,000 - $100,000 yearly
