Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative, metrics-driven Recruitment Supervisor to oversee and elevate our ABA talent acquisition team. This role manages a team of five recruiters, builds performance infrastructure (KPIs, sourcing strategies, dashboards), and ensures the team meets aggressive hiring targets to support organizational growth.
Unlike traditional supervisor roles, this position is not responsible for hands-on recruiting. Instead, the Recruitment Supervisor focuses on leadership, accountability, process improvement, performance management, and driving measurable results.
This is a pivotal role for scaling the organization—your leadership will directly influence our ability to grow across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Accountability
Supervise and mentor a team of five recruiters, ensuring high performance and professionalism
Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs (time-to-fill, submittals, interview ratios, offer-accept rates, pipeline metrics)
Hold the team accountable to meeting goals through daily oversight, coaching, and structured performance reviews
Implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when metrics fall below expectations
Build a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement
Recruitment Strategy (Not Hands-On Recruiting)
Develop sourcing strategies and identify new sourcing channels (universities, associations, job boards, referral programs, community partnerships)
Drive creativity and innovation in building pipelines without personally sourcing or recruiting
Ensure recruiters are following best practices, maintaining clean data, and optimizing system usage
Systems, Reporting & Process Improvement
Create and maintain dashboards, KPI trackers, and weekly hiring reports
Leverage ATS, analytics tools, and workflow optimization to improve efficiency
Evaluate process bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
Organizational Impact
Collaborate with clinical leadership to forecast staffing needs and align recruiting priorities
Ensure the team is supporting coverage requirements, licensing needs, and compliance processes
Drive the overall staffing strategy for a fast-growing, multi-state ABA organization
Qualifications
3+ years recruiting experience plus 2+ years managing or supervising a recruiting team
ABA/behavioral health recruiting strongly preferred
Proven ability to build KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics
Experience overseeing multi-state hiring and compliance workflows
Strong coaching, leadership, and accountability skills
