    Brooklyn, NY

    $100K- $110K + commission structure | Full-Time, Onsite

    Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, metrics-driven Recruitment Supervisor to oversee and elevate our ABA talent acquisition team. This role manages a team of five recruiters, builds performance infrastructure (KPIs, sourcing strategies, dashboards), and ensures the team meets aggressive hiring targets to support organizational growth.

Unlike traditional supervisor roles, this position is not responsible for hands-on recruiting. Instead, the Recruitment Supervisor focuses on leadership, accountability, process improvement, performance management, and driving measurable results.

This is a pivotal role for scaling the organization—your leadership will directly influence our ability to grow across multiple states.

    The Ideal Candidate

    • A strong team leader who can coach, mentor, and elevate recruiters

    • Tech-savvy, analytical, and KPI-driven

    • Skilled in building strategy, tracking metrics, and creating accountability

    • Creative in identifying new sourcing channels and market opportunities

    • Confident in implementing performance improvement plans when needed

    • Experienced in healthcare/ABA recruiting (strongly preferred)

    • Able to push a team forward and support a fast-scaling organization

    Key Responsibilities

    Team Leadership & Accountability

    • Supervise and mentor a team of five recruiters, ensuring high performance and professionalism

    • Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs (time-to-fill, submittals, interview ratios, offer-accept rates, pipeline metrics)

    • Hold the team accountable to meeting goals through daily oversight, coaching, and structured performance reviews

    • Implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when metrics fall below expectations

    • Build a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement

    Recruitment Strategy (Not Hands-On Recruiting)

    • Develop sourcing strategies and identify new sourcing channels (universities, associations, job boards, referral programs, community partnerships)

    • Drive creativity and innovation in building pipelines without personally sourcing or recruiting

    • Ensure recruiters are following best practices, maintaining clean data, and optimizing system usage

    Systems, Reporting & Process Improvement

    • Create and maintain dashboards, KPI trackers, and weekly hiring reports

    • Leverage ATS, analytics tools, and workflow optimization to improve efficiency

    • Evaluate process bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions

    Organizational Impact

    • Collaborate with clinical leadership to forecast staffing needs and align recruiting priorities

    • Ensure the team is supporting coverage requirements, licensing needs, and compliance processes

    • Drive the overall staffing strategy for a fast-growing, multi-state ABA organization

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years recruiting experience plus 2+ years managing or supervising a recruiting team

    • ABA/behavioral health recruiting strongly preferred

    • Proven ability to build KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics

    • Experience overseeing multi-state hiring and compliance workflows

    • Strong coaching, leadership, and accountability skills
