Positions: Recruitment coordinator
Location: Freemon, CA
Work Location : In office
Schedule: Part-time – 4 - 5 days per week – 15-20 hours a week

Responsibilities:**
- Assist hiring managers in implementing recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate candidate sourcing efforts using job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
- Support the screening process by organizing resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate interview scheduling, communicate offers, and assist in the onboarding process.
- Maintain and update records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
- Support client relationship management by coordinating communications and exploring new opportunities.
- Assist in outreach efforts to engage prospective clients and maintain connections with existing ones.
- Help in reconnecting with past employees and gathering their feedback.
- Use CRM software to organize and track client interactions and account activities.
- Manage general office tasks such as handling correspondence, filing, and organizing meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:**
- Ability to support multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in recruitment or HR, with a focus on coordination and support roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think strategically and provide support in problem-solving.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in supporting team objectives.
