    Role Overview:

    As a Business Development Representative you will be working with our close-knit B2B Sales team at Buncee. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years experience in Sales, completed one or more Sales related internships, have a bachelor's degree and be interested in building a career in Sales and Ed-Tech. In this role, you will enhance your knowledge of startups and the education technology space and grow your sales skills.

    Buncee is an award-winning creation and communication tool for students, teachers and administrators. Our all-in-one technology empowers all users to easily create and share visual representations of content across grade, age and learning levels.

    What you will do: 

    • Engage with Buncee inbound leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
    • Prospect new Buncee leads through outbound sales efforts including phone calls and emails.
    • Host product demos for prospective customers in-person and online.
    • Be the “face” of Buncee. You're the first impression to a new customer! 
    • Become a Buncee expert and ask probing questions and learn the education technology landscape. 
    • Work closely with the Buncee leadership team to plan and execute on strategic sales initiatives.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals. 
    • Contribute a “play to win” mentality to the team, and come in everyday with a positive mental attitude.

    Who we're looking for:

    • 0-1 years of sales experience
    • Bachelor's Degree (Marketing or Management preferred)
    • Self-starter willing to roll up your sleeves and drive projects forward
    • Strong work ethic and strong communicator 
    • Motivated to learn and grow
    • Comfortable talking with customers
    • Strong phone and presentation skills
    • Willingness to move quickly and adjust with all the nuances of a startup culture
    • Stellar time management skills with the ability to recognize high priority tasks
    • Must have high energy!

     

    What we're offering: 

    • Salary: Base of $50,000

    • Commission: On Target Earnings of $65,000+
