    DESCRIPTION:

    • Pilot Recruiter is responsible for delivery of all facets of pilot recruiting and Flight Training Center recruiting success throughout the organization
    • Must have the ability to promote a strong employment brand with candidates, including collaboration with Flight Operations leadership and HR
    • Ensures a positive candidate experience by creating a “high touch” environment for pilot candidates, Flight Training Center candidates, and Flight Operations leadership
    • Builds and maintains relationships with Flight Operations clients to ensure pilot staffing and Flight Training Center staffing needs are met about managing selection and hiring of talent through set metrics
    • Maintains complete and accurate record-keeping details in compliance with federal and state requirements
    • Recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring the attraction and hiring of the best possible talent to meet business needs

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • These "Recruiters" will be interviewing and selecting First Officer applicants and will also work requisitions for the Flight Training Center
    • Primarily responsible for conducting Piolet interviews and managing requisitions
    • Individuals could have roughly 8 reqs at a time
    • Responsible for candidate write ups and inputting data into the internal system
    • The team is currently comprised of 2 internal recruiters and a recruiting coordinator. With these two hires the team total would be 5 individuals
    • This position will report to the Manager of Pilot Hiring Programs
    • Ideal candidate would have prior Piolet interviewing experience

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Minimum of 5 years interviewing experience (must be familiar with interviewing and know the specific laws, do and don'ts)
    • Strong communication skills
    • Must have excellent time management an organizational skills
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite

    PREFERRED SKILLS:

    • Experience with Taleo
    • Bachelors degree preferred

     Airline operations and pilot interviewing experience
