We’re hiring a certified, “I-actually-know-what-I’m-doing” X-Ray Tech to join our top-tier imaging team. If you can shoot a clean chest film in a trauma bay with one hand and keep a patient from sneezing mid-exposure with the other, we want you.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

• Running high-quality X-ray exams that don’t make radiologists ask “who took this?” with a deep sigh

• Positioning patients like a pro—even the ones who swear they "can't move" but just posted gym selfies

• Making safety a real thing, not just something on a poster in the breakroom

• Collaborating like an actual adult—not throwing coworkers under the bus when the PACS goes down

• Keeping records and documentation clean, tight, and ready for audits

• Mentoring green techs so they don’t fry the C-arm or blast someone’s gonads

• Staying sharp on best practices and imaging protocols because you care about your craft

What We Need From You:

• ARRT Certified in Radiography

• Licensed in TX

• At least 2 years of “been-there, positioned-that” X-ray tech experience

• You know radiation safety like your own life depends on it (because it does)

• You’re good with people—even the cranky, confused, or overly chatty types

Bonus Points (Not Required, But You’ll Be Our Favorite):

• You’ve trained new techs or students without threatening to quit

• You’ve worked in ER/trauma or surgical imaging

• You’re cross-trained in CT, MRI, or fluoro and actually enjoy it

• You’ve mastered the art of dealing with orthopedic surgeons (legend status)
