Job Summary: Provide direct support to guests in WSHS Recuperative Care (RC) by assisting the manager and nurse team, providing transportation, and social check-ins. Perform basic medical tasks when needed and support guests to meet their health goals. This role would encompass similar duties and responsibilities as a certified medical assistant and community health worker.
FLSA: Full-time, (40 hours) non-exempt, Monday – Friday 11a-730p

Education and Experience: High School graduate/GED or equivalent training and/or experience for job responsibilities desired. Driving license required. Experience working with people experiencing homelessness and/or substance use strongly preferred. Ease of speaking to others and building rapport. Strong computer skills. Certified medical assistant or similar training preferred. Spanish-speaking is preferred.
